✅ Cancellations
Before the Workshop / Program Starts:
If you wish to cancel your purchase before the live session or access is delivered, simply notify us and we will issue a full refund.
After the Workshop:
If you attended the workshop and feel it was not useful, your request will be processed under our refund guarantee (details below).
✅ 7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of the workshop or digital course access.
If you didn’t find the session helpful, or for any reason you aren’t satisfied, just request a refund within 7 days and we will return 100% of your payment.
If you missed the live workshop:
You may join the next batch at no extra cost, OR request a refund within the 7-day window.
📨 How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@ecommsaksham.com with:
✔ Your name
✔ Registered email / phone number
✔ Payment receipt or order ID
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment only.
⏳ Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank/UPI/card account.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
⛔ Refunds After 7 Days
Refund requests made after the 7-day period are not automatically eligible and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to decline refunds outside the guaranteed window.
⚠️ Workshop Cancellation or Technical Issues
If Ecomm Saksham cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund OR free entry to the next batch.
If you face a technical issue and cannot access the session, and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a full refund.
